The pool area

A pool area to enjoy the pleasures of the water from April to October!

At Camping L'Étoile d'Or **** in Argelès-sur-Mer, enjoy swimming all season long under the generous sunshine of the Pyrénées-Orientales!

Our indoor pool welcomes you from April to October for relaxing family swims. For your comfort, its water is heated to 28 °C from April to the end of June, then from September to October. In July and August, the summer temperatures let you make the most of the pool without additional heating.

Our outdoor pool invites you to savour sunny Mediterranean days from June to September. Its water is kept at 28 °C by heating in June and September, while in July and August the Roussillon sun naturally takes care of warming the pool!

Spring, summer or autumn: every season has its own water fun at L'Étoile d'Or!

🏊 The big pool, under the Argelès sun

Little courtesies

For a pleasant swim for everyone

Our pool area is a place to relax and have fun. So that everyone can make the most of it, here are a few little courtesies we thank you for sharing with us.

Snacks in the shade of the terrace

We invite you to enjoy meals, snacks and sugary drinks outside the swimming area: they attract wasps and insects, and this way everyone can enjoy a peaceful poolside.

Take your time around the pools

Wet floors can be slippery: by walking calmly, young and old can enjoy the pool safely.

Diving in the right places

To avoid any injury, thank you for only diving where the water is deep enough.

Fresh air for everyone

The pool area is non-smoking, for everyone's comfort and cleanliness.

Flip-flops rest at the entrance

Leaving shoes and flip-flops at the entrance and walking through the footbath keeps the water and poolside clean, free of sand and soil. Thank you — it's thanks to you that the water stays so lovely!

A quick shower before you dive in

A quick rinse under the shower helps keep the water clear and pleasant for everyone.

Swimwear, for everyone's hygiene

To keep the water quality high, please swim in swimwear.

Glass stays in the changing room

To avoid any risk of cuts, we prefer plastic cups and water bottles.

Children, always under their parents' watchful eye

Our lifeguards keep watch, and being close to your children is still the best safety measure of all.

Thank you for your consideration and your good humour. Enjoy your swim!
